JVL Agro gains on getting nod to raise Rs 25 crore on preferential basis

JVL Agro Industries is currently trading at Rs. 21.00, up by 0.05 points or 0.24% from its previous closing of Rs. 20.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 21.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 21.25 and Rs. 21.00 respectively. So far 8667 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 29.40 on 20-Jul-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 14.00 on 22-Nov-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 22.15 and Rs. 20.35 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 352.67 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 55.25%, while institutions and non-institutions held 29.48% and 15.27% respectively.

JVL Agro Industries has received an approval to issue Redeemable Unlisted Preference Shares on Preferential Basis to persons belonging to non-promoter category of not exceeding Rs 25.00 crore for a tenor not exceeding 20 years. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on September 02, 2017 has approved the same.
