Hindusthan National Glass to raise funds via preferential allotment

Hindusthan National Glass & Industries has received approval for raising funds up to Rs 393.64 crore by way of creating, offering and issuing of up to 46,990,840 compulsorily convertible preference shares of face value of Rs 2 each at an issue price of Rs 83.77, to Lotus One Investment Pte., a company established under the laws of Singapore. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 11, 2019 has approved the same.

Hindusthan National Glass, a CK Somany group was founded by C K Somany, a visionary entrepreneur in 1952 with the inauguration of India's first fully automatic glass container manufacturing plant at Rishra, near Calcutta (INDIA).
