Hinduja Global Solutions gains with arm concluding acquisition of AxisPoint Health

Hinduja Global Solutions is currently trading at Rs. 848.70, up by 22.20 points or 2.69% from its previous closing of Rs. 826.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 844.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 857.00 and Rs. 837.75 respectively. So far 2,936 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1042.00 on 08-Feb-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 490.65 on 31-Aug-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 857.00 and Rs. 824.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1,765.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 67.50%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 9.54% and 22.97% respectively.

Hinduja Global Solutions' (HGS) subsidiary - HGS Population Health LLC, USA, has completed the acquisition of CMH Services Subsidiary LLC, USA, operating under the trade name of AxisPoint Health, a leading population health management company.

The newly-added portfolio of services opens up an addressable market opportunity of $3 billion for HGS. The acquisition of AxisPoint Health's services will allow HGS to further strengthen its offerings. HGS gains access to over 20 new clients across leading commercial plans, Blues plans and state Medicaid programs.
