Hind Rectifiers trades with traction on the BSE

Hind Rectifiers is currently trading at Rs. 88.60, up by 1.40 points or 1.61% from its previous closing of Rs. 87.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 86.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 88.60 and Rs. 86.70 respectively. So far 1191 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 113.60 on 01-Nov-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 75.10 on 03-Mar-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 91.05 and Rs. 87.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 131.68 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 44.51%, while institutions and non-institutions held 0.06% and 55.43% respectively.

Hind Rectifiers has filed Draft Letter of Offer for rights issue with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) of India on July 26, 2017.

Hind Rectifiers is engaged in developing, designing, manufacturing and marketing power semiconductor, power electronic equipment and railway transportation equipment.
