Duke Offshore trades jubilantly on bagging contract for newly purchased crew boat 'Duke Express'

Duke Offshore is currently trading at Rs. 102.00, up by 7.15 points or 7.54% from its previous closing of Rs. 94.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 110.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 110.00 and Rs. 100.20 respectively. So far 22508 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'XD' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 171.00 on 10-Apr-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 48.10 on 01-Aug-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 112.40 and Rs. 89.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 50.27 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 70.61%, while non-institutions held 29.39% stake in the company.

Duke Offshore has been awarded a contract for newly purchased crew boat Duke Express. The vessel will operate in Mumbai Harbor to support specialization dredging operations of a multinational dredging corporation joint venture. The contract will start in early September.

Duke Offshore is headquartered in Mumbai, India and is managed by a dynamic group of oil field and marine professionals. The company's engineering division has dedicated teams of engineers and support staff who are specialized in hook up and commissioning of offshore oil field platforms, their maintenance, modification and inspection services.
