Cox & Kings raises on the bourses

Cox & Kings (India) is currently trading at Rs. 150.35, up by 0.20 points or 0.13 % from its previous closing of Rs. 150.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 150.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 151.85 and Rs. 149.10 respectively. So far 2511 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 247.40 on 16-Apr-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 138.85 on 20-Feb-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 156.85 and Rs. 147.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2644.06 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 49.75%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 40.72% and 9.53% respectively.

Cox & Kings owned Meininger Hotels has opened its first hotel in Hungary named Meininger Budapest Great Market Hall. The newly built property not far from the Danube promenade which is located next to the famous Great Market Hall and has 184 rooms and 751 beds.

The Interior design is inspired by Hungarian craftsmanship and the neighboring Great Market Hall (Nagy Vasarcsarnok) which counts to one of the most beautiful market halls in Europe with its neo-Gothic architectural style. The public areas such as reception, lobby, breakfast room, lounge and bar are located on the ground floor. The building also offers an underground car park as well as a guest kitchen and game zone which are both typical for Meininger Hotels. The rooms on the upper floors offer a balcony with scenic views of the Danube and the Old Town.

Cox and Kings is engaged in providing travel management solutions. Its services include destination management, outbound tourism, business travel, insurance and conference solutions. The firm also offers domestic holidays, trade fairs, foreign exchange and insurance.
