Axis Bank is currently trading at Rs. 1315.05, down by 3.85 points or 0.29% from its previous closing of Rs. 1318.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1320.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1324.80 and Rs. 1309.45 respectively. So far 57752 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1324.80 on 4-Dec-2012 and a 52 week low of Rs. 784.50 on 02-Jan-2012.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1324.80 and Rs. 1288.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 56309.06 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 36.18% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 45.04% and 10.07% respectively.

Axis Bank has received an approval for allotment of Senior Notes aggregating to $20 million under the MTN Programme through its Hong Kong branch. The board at its meeting held on December 03, 2012 has approved the same.
