Arrow Greentech surges on receiving patent rights

Arrow Greentech is currently trading at Rs. 524.45, up by 40.20 points or 8.30% from its previous closing of Rs. 484.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 509.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 554.15 and Rs. 509.95 respectively. So far 28,099 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 715.00 on 07-Sep-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 417.00 on 22-Mar-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 554.15 and Rs. 470.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 615.70 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 65.42%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.65% and 25.93% respectively.

Arrow Greentech (AGTL) has received a grant for patent titled 'Method of Manufacturing Embedded Water Soluble film Carrier' from United States of America Patent Office. The Patent ID number is 9744695 dated August 29, 2017.

This invention relates to a water-soluble film (WSF) system with embedded/entrapped active ingredients. More particularly, the invention relates to a WSF system with actives embedded/entrapped therein such as to provide precise and desired release of Pharmaceutical Actives there from and its method of manufacturing for diverse applications. To fully explore the potential of various health and hygiene patents.

Application of WSF technologies in pharma and other sectors gives the company's patent and products access to the market place. It is a cutting edge invention that will take company in to new geographical boundaries.
