Subex Allotted Equity Shares Upon Conversion Of FCCBs (23-Mar-2010)
Subex Ltd has informed that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has issued 959,681 equity shares upon conversion of FCCBs of principal amount of USD 1.6 million by the holders of Companys USD 98.7 million 5% Coupon Convertible Unsecured Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds. Post the conversion, FCCBs aggregating to USD 67.2 million are outstanding.
Consequently the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 567,835,380 to Rs. 577,432,190.
