MindTree Allots Equity Shares (16-Apr-2011)
MindTree on 15 April 2011 has allotted 4,109 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the employees/directors of the company, pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under 2001 stock option plan (program 2).
The company has allotted 12,595 equity shares of Rs 250 each to the employees/ directors of the company, pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under 2006 (a) stock option plan (program 3).
The company has allotted 26,534 equity shares to the employees/ directors of the company, pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under 2006 (b) stock option plan (program 4).
Further, the company has allotted 29 equity shares of Rs 138.88 each to the employees/ directors of the company, pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under 2008 (a) stock option plan (program 5).
