Indusind Bank Allotted Shares (07-Apr-2010)
Indusind Bank Ltd has informed that the Bank has allotted 41,250 (Forty One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on April 07, 2010 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Banks Employee Stock Option
Scheme.
The said shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Bank in all respects.
