Hindustan Unilever Allotment Of Equity Shares (27-Jun-2010)
Hindustan Unilever Ltd has informed that the Committee of the Board at its Meeting held on June 25, 2010, has allotted 74,286 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each under ESOP, which vide Shareholders Resolution dated May 29, 2006 is known as 2006 HLL Performance Share Scheme.
Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to 218,20,80,402 shares & the issued capital has increased to 221,23,16,174 shares.
