HDFC Allotted Shares (05-Apr-2010)
Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has informed that the Corporation on April 05, 2010 allotted 30,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees.
Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 287,14,02,220.00 consisting of 28,71,40,222 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
