Fortune Financial Services India Ltd has informed that the Remuneration / Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has in its meeting held on March 12, 2010 allotted 16,400 equity shares under FFSIL ESOP SCHEME 2006:

1. Name of the allottees: Mr. Vishal Trehan
- No. of equity shares allotted (Equity Shares of Rs. 10/ each): 7,700

2. Name of the allottees: Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Mishra
- No. of equity shares allotted (Equity Shares of Rs. 10/ each): 1,000

3. Name of the allottees: Mr. B. B. Tantri
- No. of equity shares allotted (Equity Shares of Rs. 10/ each): 7,700

The above referred equity shares have been allotted at Rs. 55/- per equity share (Rs. 10/- towards face value & Rs. 45/- towards premium) to the allottees who have exercised their options vested under the FFSIL ESOP Scheme 2006.
