DLF allots equity shares (04-Aug-2010)
The committee of DLF on 30 July 2010 has allotted 6,758 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each upon exercise of options by the employees under the company's Employees Stock Options Scheme.
The committee has also allotted 32,360 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each upon exercise of options by the employees under the company's Employees Stock Options Scheme on 02 July 2010.
