TRF reports consolidated net loss of Rs 43.75 crore in Q4

TRF has reported results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2019. 

The company has reported a net loss of Rs 48.61 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2019 as compared to net loss of to Rs 65.30 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 3.33% at Rs 79.53 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 82.27 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2018.

For the year ended March 31, 2019, the company has posted a net loss of Rs 105.57 crore as compared to Rs 145.98 crore for the previous year. Total income of company decreased 31.98% at Rs 244.40 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 359.31 crore for year ended March 31, 2018.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported a net loss of Rs 43.75 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2019 as compared to net loss of Rs 69.35 crore for the corresponding quarter in the FY18. Total consolidated income of the company fall 14.34% at Rs 101.51 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 118.51 crore for the same quarter ended previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2019, on the consolidated basis, the company has posted a net loss of Rs 34.86 crore as compared to net loss Rs 134.11 crore for the previous year. Total income of company decreased by 19.21% at Rs 360.86 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 446.66 crore for year ended March 31, 2018.
