Shriram Transport Finance raises Rs 190 crore

Shriram Transport Finance Company has raised funds worth Rs 190 crore. The Debt Issuance Committee has issued and allotted Rs 1,900,000,000 8.10% per annum (p.a.) Notes 2023 Payable in US Dollars under Rs 50,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme.

Shriram Transport Finance Company is a flagship company of the Chennai-based Shriram group and is classified as deposit taking Asset Financing NBFC. The company was with an objective to provide hire purchase and lease finance for the medium and heavy commercial vehicles to individual truck operators.
