RITES to acquire 33% stake in IRSDC

RITES has received in principle approval to acquire stake of 33% Equity Shares in Indian Railway Station Development Corporation (IRSDC). The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on November 13, 2018, approved the same.

RITES is a multi-disciplinary consultancy organization in the fields of transport, infrastructure, and related technologies. It provides a comprehensive array of services under a single roof and believes n transfer of technology to client organizations.
