Religare Enterprises' arm completes divestment of Landmark

Religare Enterprises' (REL) wholly-owned subsidiary of the company - Religare Global Asset Management Inc., USA, has completed its exit from Landmark Partners LLC, and its subsidiaries (Landmark). The transaction was closed on August 18, 2016 following the receipt of all required approvals.

In April, the company had entered into a definitive agreement to divest its stake in Landmark. REL holds its stake in Landmark through its US based step-down subsidiary, Religare Global Asset Management Inc.

Religare Enterprises is one of India's leading diversified financial services groups. It offers an integrated suite of financial services including asset management, life and health insurance, lending, broking, investment banking, and wealth management.
