Reliance MediaWorks To Expand Domestic Entertainment Services Portfolio In 2012 (01-Feb-2012)

Reliance MediaWorks is looking at expanding its domestic entertainment services portfolio in 2012 across films, broadcast and television commercials through strategic alliances, capacity expansion and leveraging of existing relationships.
The company has provided film post services for 110 out of 114 Bollywood films that released in 2011. It has also handled Digital Intermediate and VFX for over 66 films in 2011 including award winning movies while restored over 250 legacy films.
Reliance MediaWorks has also provided studio facilities for major films, shows and events including the prestigious Filmfare Awards and offered post production services for over 250 television commercials and some of India's largest broadcast shows like X-Factor, India's Got Talent and Just Dance. It began domestic 3D conversion services with Don2.
With this, the company is exploring strategic alliances, further expansion and leveraging of existing relationships in the post production space for films, broadcast and television commercials.
Reliance Mediaworks is India's fastest growing film and entertainment Services Company and a member of the Reliance Group. It has three main businesses - a theatre distribution operation under BIG Cinemas, a TV production unit under BIG Synergy, and a film and media services segment.
