Manaksia Steels' arm to acquire stake in Far East Steel Industries

Manaksia Steels' wholly owned subsidiary - Technomet International FZE has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement on November 21, 2017 for acquiring 99.9999% of the issued and paid-up capital of Far East Steel Industries, Nigeria. The acquisition of the shares as contemplated under the agreement will be completed subject to satisfaction of certain conditions.

Manaksia Steels is a manufacturer of value added secondary steel products. The company offers hot/cold rolled products of steel. It operates through Metals segment.
