M&M's two wheeler segment sells 11,139 units in October 2012

Mahindra Two Wheelers (MTWL) a business unit of Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M), India's leading SUV manufacturer, cumulative scooter sales from April-October 2012 stood at 69,828 units. The company sold 11,139 units in October 2012. The cumulative sales for the company have crossed a landmark figure of four lakh units.

The company's new scooter range continues its legacy of providing powerful, reliable and stylish vehicles for its customers. The scooters, Mahindra Duro DZ and Mahindra Rodeo RZ, leverage Mahindra's expertise in manufacturing high performance automobiles for Indian roads.

Mahindra 2 Wheelers' range of powerful 125cc scooters cater to distinct consumer segments. The Mahindra Duro DZ is positioned as a 'ROMBA SOLID', family scooter.
