LIC trims stake in Sterlite Technologies to 3.3%

The country's largest insurer, Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) has reduced its stake in Sterlite Technologies by 2% after selling 80.28 lakh shares in the open market. LIC, which had 5.30% stake in the company earlier, has brought down the shareholding to 3.30%. LIC sold the stake between November 21, 2007 and March 27, 2018.
