Lakshmi Machine Works to inaugurate Solar Power generating facility in Tamil Nadu

Lakshmi Machine Works is all set to inaugurate 10 MW photovoltaic Solar Power generating facility at Kondampatti, Coimbatore, in the state Tamil Nadu on March 17, 2019. The company has made use of internal accruals to fund the same. Siemens Gamesa has provided the EPC solution for the project.

The facility would be the company's first foray into Solar Power generation. The company already has windmills with an installed capacity of 36.80 MW. Power generated by the company from its renewable energy generation facilities will be used for meeting with its captive power requirements.

Lakshmi Machine Works is one among the three manufacturers of the entire range of Textile Machinery. LMW diversified into CNC Machine Tools and is a brand leader in manufacturing customized products.
