Infosys to launch incentive scheme for staff with digital skills

Infosys will launch an incentive scheme this year for employees equipped with digital skills and will aggressively re-deploy staff on projects offering opportunities to work on new technologies to stem rising attrition in the face of stricter visa rules.

Some of these initiatives will take time to bear fruit but over a period of time, the attrition rate should come down to a manageable 13-15 per cent level.

Infosys is a global leader in technology services and consulting. The company enables clients in 45 countries to create and execute strategies for their digital transformation.
