HDFC extends festival offers on home loans by a month

Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) has extended the festival offers on home loans by a month to January 31, 2013. The said offer was introduced in October 2012.

Under its floating rate scheme, the company offers home loans up to Rs 30 lakh at 10.25-10.75 percent, while home loans above that limit are priced at 10.50-11.50 percent.

HDFC is India's premier housing finance entity in existence for over 35 years. With a presence in banking, insurance and asset management, the HDFC group is an important part of the Indian financial services.
