GPT Infraprojects Bags Order Worth Rs 99.40 Crore (07-Feb-2012)
GPT Infraprojects has bagged two orders worth aggregating Rs 99.40 crore. The company has bagged first order worth Rs 65.20 crore from Eastern Railway for construction of viaduct up to 1.5km length in connection with New BG Rail link between Santoshpur and Remount road (From about Ch. 1050m to 2550m from Majerhat). The completion period of the contract is 24 months.
The second order is from CFM Mozambique worth Rs 34.20 crore for manufacture and supply of PSC Monoblock concrete sleepers for CFM Mozambique. The completion period of the contract is 6 months.
GPT Infraprojects, the flagship company of the GPT Group was renamed to reflect the core areas of operation of the Company in the execution of civil and infrastructure projects, after the merger of Tantia Concrete Products and GPT Infrastructures.
