Eicher Motors reports 18% rise in Q4 consolidated net profit

Eicher Motors has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2019.

The company has reported a rise of 84.69% in its net profit at Rs 480.44 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 260.13 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company marginally increased by 1.04% at Rs 2641.81 crore for Q4FY19 as compared Rs 2614.61 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a rise of 18.04% in its net profit at Rs 544.84 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 461.56 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company marginally increased by 1.14% at Rs 2642.78 crore for Q4FY19 as compared Rs 2612.96 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2019, the company has reported a rise of 19.94% in its net profit at Rs 2054.44 crore as compared to Rs 1712.91 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 7.94% at Rs 10302.52 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 9544.24 crore for year ended March 31, 2018.

For the year ended March 31, 2019, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported a rise of 12.40% in its net profit at Rs 2202.73 crore as compared to Rs 1959.67 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 7.80% at Rs 10240.45 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 9499.36 crore for year ended March 31, 2018.
