APL Apollo Tubes reports 21% rise in Q1 consolidated net profit

APL Apollo Tubes has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2018.

The company has reported a rise of 11.84% in its net profit at Rs 27.02 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 24.16 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 36.62% at Rs 1,375.58 crore for Q1FY19 as compared Rs 1,006.83 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a rise of 20.95% in its net profit at Rs 46.99 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 38.85 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 28.20% at Rs 1,680.27 crore for Q1FY19 as compared Rs 1,310.65 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
