Allcargo Logistics to merge WOS with itself

Allcargo Logistics has received in principle approval for the merger of Allcargo Shipping, wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) with the company. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on May 22, 2018, approved the same.

The Board also approved issue of Secured/Unsecured Non-Convertible Debentures up to Rs 1000 crore on a private placement basis in one or more tranche(s) from time to time.

Allcargo Logistics is an India-based holding Company. The company is engaged in providing integrated logistics solutions. It offers logistics services across multimodal transport operations, inland container depot, container freight station operations, contract logistics operations etc.
