Satyam Computer Inks Pact With Sybase Software (03-Aug-2010)

Satyam Computer Services' new brand identity -- Mahindra Satyam has entered into partnership with Sybase Software (India) -- the Indian subsidiary of Sybase, Inc, an industry leader in enterprise and mobility software to provide secured enterprise mobility solutions to customers globally.
The solutions that Mahindra Satyam will provide to its customers will be based on Sybase Unwired Platform (SUP), a mobile enterprise application platform that provides system integrators, independent software vendors, and enterprise developers with the ability to easily develop, deploy and manage mobile applications.
SUP supports a wide variety of popular mobile platforms. This will enable customers to create an information edge by optimizing and enhancing the infrastructure they already own, connecting the critical data resources and securely delivering information anytime, anywhere.
Recently, Mahindra Satyam and Morpho led consortium had been selected as one of the key partners to implement and deliver the initial phase of Aadhaar program by UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India).
