Moser Baer reports net loss for June quarter (12-Aug-2010)
Moser Baer India has reported a net loss of Rs 87.84 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2010 against a net profit of Rs 2.76 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2009. Its total income declined by 16.76% to Rs 468.99 crore during the quarter under review from Rs 563.40 crore for the year ago period.
The company had posted a net loss of Rs 36.21 crore for the year ended March 31, 2010 as compared to net loss of Rs 150.88 crore for the year ended March 31, 2009. Total income had decreased from Rs 2,324.91 crore for FY09 to Rs 2,287.18 crore for FY10.
