Physical rubber prices ruled steady on Saturday

Physical Rubber prices ruled steady on Saturday as expectations of a rise in rubber imports are seen preventing sharp gains due to improved demand from domestic stockists. Spot prices for RSS-4 and RSS-5 variety closed unchanged at Rs 129/ kg and Rs 126/ kg respectively.

In the futures market, April delivery fell to Rs 130.64 compared to its previous closing of Rs 131.64, while May delivery was at Rs 133.00 compared to its previous close of Rs 134.09 on the Indian Commodity Exchange Limited (ICEX).
