Coriander futures trade lower on higher supplies

Coriander futures traded lower on NCDEX as speculators offloaded their holdings on the back of subdued demand at the spot market. Besides, higher supplies from major producing belts also fuelled the downtrend.

The contract for October delivery was trading at Rs 4800.00, down by 0.25% or Rs 12.00 from its previous closing of Rs 4812.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 7340 lots.

The contract for November delivery was trading at Rs 4989.00, down by 0.24% or Rs 12.00 from its previous closing of Rs 5001.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 19770 lots on NCDEX.
