Coriander futures decline on sluggish demand

Coriander futures declined on NCDEX as participants offloaded their holdings, tracking sluggish demand in the spot market. Further, improved arrivals from major producing belts also weighed on coriander futures.

The contract for July delivery was trading at Rs 4940.00, down by 2.27% or Rs 115.00 from its previous closing of Rs 5055.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 970 lots.

The contract for August delivery was trading at Rs 4997.00, down by 2.57% or Rs 132.00 from its previous closing of Rs 5129.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 42060 lots on NCDEX.
