Jeera futures trade lower on NCDEX

Jeera futures traded lower on NCDEX on lower domestic as well as exports demand at the spot market. Though, some losses were capped as the arrivals have been lower during the second half of current month compared to last month same period.

The contract for April delivery was trading at Rs 19145, down by 0.7% or Rs 135.00 from its previous closing of Rs 19280. The open interest of the contract stood at 255 lots.

The contract for May delivery was trading at Rs 19280, down by 0.7% or Rs 135.00 from its previous closing of Rs 19415. The open interest of the contract stood at 17682 lots on NCDEX.
