Jeera futures trade higher on NCDEX

Jeera futures traded higher on NCDEX as investors enlarged their bets tracking improved export and physical demand. Further lower arrivals from growing regions also supported the jeera futures prices.

The contract for May delivery was trading at Rs 15745.00, up by 0.54% or Rs 85.00 from its previous closing of Rs 15660.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 3174 lots.

The contract for June delivery was trading at Rs 15720.00, up by 0.67% or Rs 105.00 from its previous closing of Rs 15615.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 5133 lots on NCDEX.
