Guar Seed Up In Jodhpur On Strong Demand

Despite the steady arrivals of Guar Seed around one lakh bags in the Jodhpur mandi, prices quoted up for Guar Seed and Guar Gum. (Arrivals from Rajasthan were around 80,000 bags and Haryana around 20,000 bags).

The spot price of Guar Seed moved up by Rs. 250 to Rs. 5,600 per quintal in the Jodhpur mandi while the Guar Gum quoted up Rs. 600 at Rs. 17,350 per quintal.

The NCDEX Guar Seed December contract moved in the range of Rs. 5519- 5385 and is currently trading at Rs. 5390, down by Rs. 40 or 0.74% per quintal.
