Copper futures end tad lower on trade war concerns

Copper futures ended marginally lower on Monday on account of lingering trade war concerns between the United States and the world's top industrial metals consumer China.

Copper futures for December delivery fell $0.0120 to settle at $2.7885 a pound on the Comex metals division of New York Mercantile Exchange. While, copper on the London Metal Exchange closed down 0.02 percent at $6,301 a tonne.
