Copper futures end nearly flat on Wednesday

Copper futures ended nearly flat on Wednesday as traders weighed the latest moves in the trade battle between United States and China. Though, weaker dollar against some major basket of currencies capped some losses in copper futures.

Copper futures for December delivery declined 0.04 percent to settle at $2.7295 a pound on the Comex metals division of New York Mercantile Exchange. While, copper on the London Metal Exchange ended up 0.6 percent at $6,121 a metric ton.
