Copper futures end lower on Thursday

Comex copper futures ended lower on Thursday, while London copper and most other base metal prices too fell on persistent worries over Chinese demand. Investors are still on worries over a recent spate of data that showed China's economy cooled in October.

Copper futures for December delivery shed 0.2 percent to settle at $3.048 a pound on the Comex metals division of New York Mercantile Exchange. While, copper on the London Metal Exchange ended down 0.5 percent at $6,737 a metric ton.
