Chana futures trade higher on technical buying

Chana futures traded higher on NCDEX, due to technical buying by the participants at prevailing lower rates amid good physcial demand from domestic markets. Besides, lower imports also supported to prices.

The contract for April delivery was trading at Rs 4527.00, up by 0.82% or Rs 37.00 from its previous closing of Rs 4490.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 39550 lots.

The contract for May delivery was trading at Rs 4576.00, up by 0.59% or Rs 27.00 from its previous closing of Rs 4549.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 48920 lotson NCDEX.
