Cardamom futures trade in red on MCX

Cardamom futures traded in red on MCX, as a hefty dose of profit selling hurt the spice commodity. Moreover, dip in demand from the physical markets also dragged the cardamom price further.

The contract for June delivery was trading at Rs 890.00, down by 1.95 % or Rs 17.70 from its previous closing of Rs 907.70. The open interest of the contract stood at 237 lots.

The contract for July delivery was trading at Rs 882.00, down by 1.99 % or Rs 17.90 from its previous closing of Rs 899.90. The open interest of the contract stood at 57 lots on MCX.
