Vakrangee Softwares Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 08, 2010, inter alia, has transacted following business:
1. Considered and approved Issue of Equity Shares or any other Financial Instrument with or without detachable / non-detachable fully convertible warrants on preferential basis only to Promoters & Promoters Group of the Company.
2. Considered and approved the Notice and form of Postal Ballot for passing of resolution of issuance of Equity Shares or any other Financial Instrument with or without detachable / non-detachable fully convertible warrants on preferential basis only to Promoters & Promoters Group of the Company by way of postal ballot and appointed M/s. S. K. Jain, Practicing Company Secretaries as scrutinizer for the same.
