Polycon International gets board s nod for scheme of arrangement (15-Jul-2010)
Polycon International has received its board’s approval for scheme of arrangement providing for demerger of Polycon International (PIL) and transfer of demerged undertaking of PIL (demerged company) to Vinayak Polycon International (resulting company).
The company’s board gave its approval for the same at the meeting held on July 15, 2010.
Further, the board has appointed A Natani and Company, Chartered Accountants, Jaipur as an independent valuer for proposed Scheme of Demerger and approved the share swap ratio report provided by them.
Polycon International is primarily engaged in processing various kinds of plastics, manufacturing rotational moulding, extrusions, stretch blow moulding and injection moulding products.
