Patni Computer Outcome of AGM (24-Jun-2010)
Patni Computer Systems Ltd has informed that the members at the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on June 23, 2010, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, together with the reports of the Directors and the Auditors thereon, for the year ended December 31, 2009;
2. Final dividend of Rs. 3.00 per share (150% on an Equity Share of par value of Rs. 2/-);
3. Re-appointment of Mr. Ramesh Venkateswaran, Dr. Michael Cusumano and Mr. Louis Theodoor van den Boog as Directors of the Company, liable to retire by rotation;
4. Re-appointment of M/s. B S R & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Auditors of the Company until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting; and
5. Appointment of Mr. Vimal Bhandari as a Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation;
