Maytas Infra Board Meeting on Jun 19 2010 (18-Jun-2010)
Maytas Infra Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 19, 2010, inter alia, to consider the following items:
(a) Induction of an investor
The Company proposes to induct an investor into the Company. Towards this end, the Board of the Company will consider the terms of the preferential allotment to the Investor. The investment would be subject to receipt of all regulatory approvals including inter alia the shareholders approval
(b) CDR Scheme
The Board will also discuss the terms of the provisional Letter of Approval dated June 16, 2010 for the restructuring of debts of the Company received from the CDR Empowered Group under the CDR mechanism.
