Inwinex Pharma Outcome of Board Meeting (26-Jun-2010)
Inwinex Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 25, 2010, has approved the following:
1. Mr. Narayanan Narasimhan was appointed as the non-executive Chairman.
2. Mr. Nikhil Sen, Mr. Sriram Chandrasekaran and Mr. Srinivas Gowra were appointed as the Additional Directors.
3. Mr. Arvind Varchaswi N. was appointed as the Managing Director without remuneration.
4. M/s. Vishwanath Hegde & Co. was appointed as the new Internal Auditors of the Company.
The items regarding resignations of Directors and the reconstitution of the Board Committees have been deferred to the next Meeting of the Board of Directors.
