The board of Dhunseri Tea & Industries in its meeting on 03 July 2010 has appointed Yves. Frank Lombard, Joginder Pal Kundra, Pradip Kumar Khaitan, Basudeb Sen, Anurag Bagaria, Sanjay Kumar Pai (nominee director of IDBI Bank) as directors of the company.
The board has accepted the resignation of Basudev Beriwala, Ashok Kumar Lohia, Haigreve Khaitan, Robindra Nath Deogun, Purshottam Lal Agarwal and Sitaram Daga as directors of the company.
