Jupiter Biosc Board Meeting on Jun 30 2010 (21-Jun-2010)
Jupiter Bioscience Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2010, inter alia, for considering and approving the following matters :
1. To Increase the Authorised Share Capital of the Company to Rs.70 Crores.
2. To Issue Convertible Share Warrants to the Promoters/ Associates and others.
3. To raise not exceeding USD 125 million by way of issue of FCCBs / ADR / GDR / Convertible Bonds and/ or other securities to International Investors and / or through domestic offerings to various investors.
4. To consider amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company
5. Convening of Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company.
